The Saltire is one of Scotland’s two flags (the other being the Lion Rampant). The Saltire however is Scotland’s National Flag. Not only are there two flags, but this flag has two names – The Saltire, or St. Andrew’s Flag!
This flag is a white diagonal cross on a blue field, symbolizing the St Andrew's Cross. Engraved on a banner above the flag is the word Scotland.
