This is a lovely pair of stainless steel earring comprising of the well known Trinity Knot intertwined with a Heart. In recent years this particular Celtic Knot has become known as the Sister Knot, or Sisterhood Knot.
In general, the most well known meaning for the Trinity Knot, is as a symbol of the Blessed Trinity – The Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit (Holy Ghost). So the Intertwined Heart can be seen as devotion to the Blessed Trinity.
