This necklace is a lovely, well made, stainless steel interpretation of the Trinity Knot. The Trinity Knot is the most well known of the Celtic Knots. This pendant encloses the Trinity Knot within a circle, both for style, and to represent Eternity.

In modern times the Trinity represents the Blessed Trinity, but this would not have been the original Celtic meaning. The number three was very important to the Celts, so anything that came in threes was equally important to them. Some examples of these are Life-Death-Rebirth; Earth, Sea, and Sky; or as a representation of their triune God - the Mother Goddess – the Maiden, the Mother and the Crone (wise old woman).

Design elements of this pendant are:

  • 316L Stainless Steel
  • Hangs approx. 1 1/5 " from top of bail to bottom of pendant
  • Pendant: Approx 1" diameter
  • Includes 18" Steel Chain
