I love these Connemara Marble earrings! They are so simple in design and yet so elegant.
Connemara Marble, as you may know, is a green marble from Connemara, Co. Galway, and is known as Ireland’s gemstone. The color can range all the way from light green to dark green, all of them lovely.

Dating to to about 600 AD, we photographed this Ogham stone in Kilmalkedar Church, on the Dingle peninsular, in Co. Kerry. on our last trip to Ireland. The ogham carving reads "ẠṆM MẠỊLE-INBIR/ MACI BROCANN" - "Name of Máel-Inbher son of Broccán"
