This is quite an elaborate Sterling Silver Shamrock pendant. There is the beautifully crafted Shamrock, with a heart shaped piece of Connemara Marble, placed within each of the three leaves. Each leaf (and the stem) are inlaid with Marcasite, giving the pendant a little sparkle.
This is an elegant piece, looking almost like an antique piece of jewelry.
