Loved by Irish & Scots alike, Black Pudding is also known as Blood Pudding. This is because while it is a blend of pork, oats and spices (like White Pudding), it also includes Pigs Blood. Black Pudding has been named a Super Food because it is highly nutritious (all that Iron!). My husband loves Black Pudding, but then he also likes those stronger flavored meats. I, on the other hand, am a wimpy girl and prefer the milder tasting White Pudding.
