Traditional Irish Breakfast Pudding made in an old farmhouse style where the product has a delicate taste and a crumbly texture.

White Pudding is a blend of pork, oats and spices, and must be included for a proper Full Irish Breakfast. Just slice and fry for a few minutes each side. I personally like to fry it a little longer, until it's crispy (Us Irish like our meat cremated!)
