A beautiful, comfy, cozy turtleneck Aran Sweater, made with 100% Merino Wool.
Traditional Aran sweaters were originally made with Aran wool, which is extremely hard wearing, but can irritate the skin. Nowadays, our Aran Sweaters are made with Merino wool which is much softer and therefore much kinder to our skin.
Traditional stitches have been used to make this charming sweater – the cable stitches symbolizing the fisherman’s ropes and the diamond stitches represents wealth or success.
By the way, turtlenecks are known as polo necks in my "neck" of the woods.
