Any Scot would be proud to wear this Kilt Pin. It proudly displays two Scottish symbols - the Claymore Sword and the official flag of Scotland - The Saltire.

The Scottish Claymore is one of the most recognised swords in history. It is a two handed sword with an unusually long blade, and had such a fearsome reputation on the battlefield, that it was used for centuries.

Did you know that Scotland has two flags? And that both flags have at least two names? The Official Scottish National Flag is the Saltire (A white cross spread diagonally across a blue background.) This flag is also known as the Cross of St. Andrew. This flag is thought to be one of the oldest national flags in the world, still in use today.
The second Scottish Flag which is called the "Royal Flag" of Scotland (Royal Standard of the King or Queen of Scots). It is also known as the "Rampant Lion" as it displays an upright lion with claws outstretched, as if in battle.

Design features of this Kilt Pin are:

  • Handmade Pewter
  • Made in Scotland
  • Measuring approx. 3 3/4 long and 1 1/4 wide
